Site maps for site with heavy ASP

I inherited a web site with lots of ASP pages. And unfortunately it contains lots of files that aren't really used by the site but were left around from testing. I am trying to find a program that will generate me a site map of all the pages so that I can try to weed out some of the pages I dont need. Problem is most of the site is ASP so that references might be buried in a response.write, they might change based on the value of a if/then combo, or they might come in through javascript or something like that.

Any ideas on a program that can do this fairly accurately. I have tried visualinterdev, dreamweaver 4, Site Server 3.0 and no luck.

Help please.
