Site Map in Flash?

Hello,

I have a site totally made in Flash. I need to create a site map for it which will be an HTML page.

Anyone know how I can do this? The main problem I have is the site works by loading the main navigation which frames the centre of the page.

Then the page the user selects loads in the middle. Some of the sections also have sub sections, which loads a nav bar down the side and changes the text in the middle of that.

Anyone know how I can have a link on an html page which will load up the page I need? Even if it loads swfs in a certain order to load the page I need?
