Site location help

I am looking for a web site that possibly uses javascript to display to the visitor the following items: IP address, Internet Speed, Port status for port 80 & 443, OS with SP ver, Browser name with ver and 128 encryption capable.

I have found some site that get close, but not quite there.

As a bonus could it also show if they are local admin to their pc?

I could code and make public the site if I had code and authorization from our IT staff, but if site exists we would reference it to our <30 users located around the world.

Okay, let's say if they can't get the information then they are not running Internet Explorer.

I have found a good web site that get's me nearly to my goal.

http://www.showipaddress.com

It does list:
IP address
Operating system
Internet Explorer (looks like it only guesses at version)
with manual data entry in/out bound port access (80.443)

I was just looking for encryption level with IE, RAM, CPU, and maybe service patches for OS and IE if it can query.

I hope that helps clarify what I am after.

Oh, that shows my limited knowledge of web mastering... is there any place that would aid in my being able to get information on the surfers computer. So they can email the screen capture or other method of sending their information willingly to me.

Thanks for pointing out that it is not a javascript site. I am not up on the web languages and assumed js.

Looks like I won't be able to build a web page at work, and they won't like using mine from Comcast for business. Is there any web sits out there that already have it setup to gether this information?

Yes, I posted a sample of what I was after. The other parts I could not get from my posting are also posted above.

What I am asking if anyone knows:
a.) of an existing web site to get all of the info
b.) if it is possible to get the extra items.
