Hey All - New forum member here - My problem is I am having trouble pushing endpoints over our network using the SIS command (ex: from CLI use: wsis -i TMA.rsp - TMA.rsp being a response file that we create using a bash script written by IBM)...

The error that gets returned is: "ISV:0028 Cannot locate node named <NODENAME>" - We get this error for each node that fails. We can ping the nodes from the TMR using their names and we can ping the TMR from these nodes using its name - we have also added the admin accounts to each node and are using those same accounts when we try to do the push. So we then added some nodes to the host file on the TMR and tried again...Still get the same results...

I've opened a call with Tivoli and sent them all the logs they requested and they have not been able to tell me anything. I have about 800 nodes that I need to get the endpoints on asap...

Also, if I try to use the SIS Gui and import the response file we get the same errors from the GUI, namely that the node could not be located...

PLEASE HELP!!!

Jasonbasis -
Can you install the endpoint via the winstlcf?
Are you using a proxy endpoint to push the endpoint code? (I asume that these are Windows endpoints)
The endpoint proxy must be able to connect to the $C share on the "new endpoint" and be able to create directories.
