I'm having an issue that Veritas doesn't know how to fix. I'm getting exceptions for *.sis files. I've tried everything from adding them to the exception list to creating the <sis common store> folder. I should mention that I'm using v10d with SP1. Some more specifics are that I'm trying to backup files which reside on my SAN. I'm using the AOFO agent along with the shadowcopy service to do the snapshot. I have another job that backs up different data on the SAN and it doesn't have any issues. I've re-created the selection list and tried re-creating the job...same results. Any suggestions?
