SIP: Unauthorized message cant register?

We just set up a SIP server here in our office and are trying to get the SIP hardphone to register. However after the registering message it says unauthorized and goes back to the Ext= PW= page.

Anybody have any ideas on what I should be looking at?

I am stuck at this point as well.

Did you set up the user on the SES server? Did you set up the extension and OPS in the PBX? Did you associated the PBX extension to the SIP User?

Make sure your sipdomain doesn't include a hostname. So 'avaya.com' would be valid, 'support.avaya.com' NOT.
