SIP TWINNING answer delay issue

Has anyone had an issue with Twinning on SIP Lines? I have 4 SIP Trunks (thru Flowroute) and the call comes in; rings and twins to the cell. When I answer on the cell I can count to 8 before the calling party hears me. its like the talkpath isn't setting up on answer. I have changed the Mobility Answer Guard and Delay Dial but there is no change in the number of seconds before the talk path is established. I have worked with flowroute support and they have no other suggestions for why that is occurring. Double checked my codecs and VoIP setting (full cone nat etc...)

any one seen anything like this?

Try enabling "early media" in the SIP trunk, it may help.

I use flowroute as well, never an issue with them. Make sure you have the RTP Keepalives enabled, set the time out 10 or 20 seconds. 20 is working for me.
