I have SIP trunks on IPLDK 20 which use authentication in pgm 340 sip2.
I can't get the system to output a CLI it just outputs the info in the SIP trunk table for example in SIP2 I have 100000007 and thats what it sends out.

You may find the SIP provider can force out the CLI for you
