Hi Guys,

Got some SIP trunks on a 450 R5 going out to ITSP. All is good for the most part. In some cases we get no audio, this would be on less than 5% of the calls. Call sets up fine show in monitor as connected and everything looks fine except for no audio of course. I've been working with the ITSP on this and they seem to think our system is not accepting some ports. I am wondering if the ports ranges on the BCM need to be altered ? I have never changed them from default before.

Has anyone ever had to change these before ?

If so, do you change the UDP of RTP/UDP ?

All thoughts welcome :)
