Hello All,
Has anyone out there connected their Communications Manager to a Genesys System using SIP trunks? If so, is there some documentation I can get my hands on to help simplify the process.
On the Communications Manager
SIP Trunks and Sig Groups are built and work. (48 ports)
Built 48 X ported stations (stations are defaulted as 6408+ sets).
Assigned each station as an "off-pbx-telephone station-mapping" as an OPS mapped to the proper SIP trunk.
On the SIP Server the edge and home servers are set and pass information.
I built user names and extensions, I can dial into and have the Genesys GVP answer.
Now I am being asked to set up a dialable ACD hunt group with an agent set up to auto login to the station. I can't login to an X ported station. Is there another way I can build this station so I can log into it?
Thanks for any and all help.
Jim O
