What is the secret. I hawe assigned them to a Pool....but the set cannot see. Thought it might be the a ccess code...as I cannot find a place to set that. I have assigned Feature 64 but it cannot access because there is no code.

Sorry...I left out...BCM 50 ver 5.0 with the SIP trunk

You need to use destination codes and routing to access sip trunks. They wont appear like analog trunks and you can't assign a line pool code to IP trunks.

Shoulkd I be able to find the routing instrucions i the manual?

thank you. I now have it on destination code and routing route but it says "the number is not assigned" when I try to call.

what else could it be? I can see, it uses voip line and proper number on bcm monitor.

You may need to enter a public OLI matching a number that rings into the SIP trunks.

I think we have access to the SIP pool, but they say incoming only when you push the repective button

Target lines are incoming only. You need to use routes and destination codes to put calls out SIP or PRI trunks. Most sip providers require you send all 10 digits, some require 1+ area code.
