CS1000M MG with Dell COTS Server Rel 7.0. we have an interactive inteligence server connected via SIP (292 IPTI trunks) to the switch. Generally everything works fine, except that on a random basis we have calls disconnect for no apparent reason. I've done WireShark traces and see that the "BYE" message is sometimes generated by the switch and sometimes by the remote server. The CS1K will initiate the "BYE" message more frequently though. The time the call is up before disconnect is also random. Any ideas? Could this be a network issue?

I would check to see how often the SIP endpoint is registering with the NRS, and shorten that interval to see if that helps.
