Sip Trunks on IP Office 500 V4.1

Hi Guys hoping some one can help with this.

I have a customers IP Office 500 V4.1 installed the sip trunk licences and programmed all test ok for inbound calls but on out bound calls I get destination in compatible on the phone. I have attached captured sip header from the ITSP below, the problem appears to be that the IP Office is sending the dialed number in the format +078XXXXXXXX which the ITSP cannot accept, is there any way to omit the + so just the number is sent? it needs to conform to the UK National number format.

You need to change your ARS

Set it like this:

N"@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx"
Line id sip trunk

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is probably the providers IP address
