SIP Trunks on a BCM450 R5

I'm trying set up SIP trunks to use on the system when calling with the IP set you dial 8 then the number no area code or cuntry code we get the phone to ring and you can answer the call but you dont get a talk path also the NRS and the BCM are set the same on both side's , when doing a trace the BCM appears to be stripping the 8 as it should but then it also strips the first digit so instead of sending 777 8888 it will send 77 8888 why is this ? .

Take a look at your dest code and the absorb length.

If you are having trouble with SIP trunking even after this scenario, you may want to look at purchasing RLS6. I had nothing but problems with RLS5.....
