SIP Trunks not releasing TDE200

Hi
Has anyone had the issue of SIP trunks not releasing following a call.
I have a TDE200 setup with only SIP trunks. When the customer comes in of a morning the trunks are locked up and he has to reset the Pana.
SIP provider are useless and saying it's not their issue.
I have to setup my own monitoring software to have a look at whats happening.
Any ideas in the meantime?

I would check your port 5060 is locked to sip provider ip, sounds like you are being hacked Doesn’t mean they are getting out but are in on the system. Do an sip card trace download from the system and see what is happening

If you call in and hang up first does it clear then
