Customer has SIP trunks through Coredial. They're trying to work remotely and twin their phones. But they get no audio. Normal calls are fine, as our forwarded phones. But there's no mobile call control or time profile available. I've contacted the carrier and they said everything is fine, check your keep alives. Which is always on for SIP trunks. Any other ideas? Thanks!

Check your STUN settings. If you have a STUN server programmed, delete the address and try again. If no server is present, get the STUN server address from your provider.

this is nothing to do with stun (or normal calls would also fail)
it is a common issue & down to the defalt setting for keepalives beein incorrect.

Thanks, just checked those settings and contacted the carrier and updated them. Still no audio.

Do a SIP trace in Monitor.

Why don't people use the one tool that gives all the answers? :)

Check the attached file.I have a similar problem and this solves it.

after fighting for weeks with the carrier, I finally got someone who knew something and they enabled Re-Invite. I turned it on the SIP Line and it worked. Thanks for the help!
