SIP Trunks from provider Vocus to MX-One 6.1

Has anyone had any experience connecting SIP Trunks from provider Vocus to MX-One 6.1?

I have tried all combinations of settings provided by Vocus.
The customer assures me the network connection from Vocus is there & has provided network trace to prove it.

I'm just wondering if anyone out there has managed to get it working with Vocus please, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
