SIP Trunks - Dropped Calls

Hello all!

We have a customer that, on occasion, will get calls and there is nobody there. (spooky I know)

They claim that some customers will call back after a disconnect but some of the calls they answer will have nobody there.

Any feedback on this issue? This site has been struggling with this issue for a bit.

My suspicion is the data network but I just wanted to make sure I had all my ducks in a row before I pulled that trigger in a passive aggressive email.

Most likely a auto-dialer calling ever number in an exchange to gather stats on when it gets answered and by what. Telemarketeres pay big money for information like that. I get them every day.
