Hi,

We have a 3300 MCD5 sp2
CCM version 6
Customer uses both ISDN30 and SIP trunks

Calls over the ISDN30 can be reported upon within the CCM
Any calls over SIP are not detailled within the reports on the CCM.

If we search using ACD inspector we can identify the calls, if we check the raw data logs on the CCM we can find the calls (so the SMDR is being recievd by the CCM server), however if we run a report any calls over SIP are not detailled.

Has anyone seen this before?

Thanks

I have seen this before where the class of service settings are incorrect on the sip trunks. Make sure that smdr is enabled on that COS.

Also set the trunk number in the SIP peer profile (SMDR Tag) to something that is identifiable to the CCM e.g 111 this will then appear in the SMDR logs and you can set the trunk number to match in the CCM
