I have a customer that wants to install SIP trunks on IP500 4.1.15 and he has bought 24 licensed channels. How many SIP lines and or channels do I need to build in the IP500 to accommodate the 24 channel license? Do you build one SIP line and 24 channels or how does that all fit together. Thanks in advance.

24 licensed channel can be used over diferent SIP lines, per SIP URI you can setup the max channel per URI.
So if you make 3 URI's with 10 channels each then you'll see in the SSA 30 channels.

It works! Now if only I could remember what I did...

24 licenses means 24 simultaneous calls over SIP. you can simply create 1 trunk but allow 24 calls over it.
