Sip trunking to Telco fail

Cant get this working-any help would be appreciated--
cs 1000 (opt61) rls 5.5, have a separate node built with CP-PM sig server for sip trunking to Telco--calls connect but only 1 way audio, Telco did a sniff and is seeing the ip address on the media card in the main node and is trying to send the rtp stream back to this ip (non routable private ip)--this causes 1 way audio-- I think they should be seeing the valid routable ip address of my sip node, not the main node ip addresses -- tried installing patch 22968 but
it fails to activate on the CP-PM sig server--
just about out of ideas

Looking at that patch, it seems you need to get that installed for the correct operation you are looking for.

Your problem right now is the patch not being installed. Get that resolved, and then continue to troubleshoot.
