IPO 9.1 Is there a way to get it to not respond to a SIP invite from an unconfigured peer. I only want it to respond to a specific range.
Any guidance will be appreciated.

If it is connected to the WAN(LAN2) port you could setup a basic firewall rule to block certain ports & allow certain IP Addresses but it will never be as secure as a decent Border Controller or Hardware Firewall.
If it is connected to LAN1 then put a decent Border Controller or Hardware Firewall between IP Office & the internet connection.
Initially it will cost some but when hacked you easily end up with a bill upto 10.000 €/$ per licensed SIP channel!

My SIP trunk provider has a range of IP's we use I normally put things behind a hardware firewall but I was looking for options for added security

I ques you coyuld achieve this using an IP route to the sip providers IP address.
