I have some challenges after configuring SV9100 as follows:
1. When an incoming call to an extension is answered, the calling parties phone will still be ringing.
2. Outgoing calls not possible. After dialing the Trunk Access code, the system allows you to dial the rest of the number but finally the caller will get a busy tone.
Any member who has experienced and solved similar issue i need your urgent help.
Any help will be appreciated.
