SIP Trunking on SV8100

Hi..
I just connect NEC SV8100 to SIP Trunk provider on my customer (apartment building), but I have the following problems:
1. Call from SIP extension (DT700 series or 3rd party)or DT300 series to PSTN or mobile always disconnected after 15 minutes 35 seconds
2. No speech between NEC SV8100 extension via SIP Provider (NEC - SIP Trunk - NEC), but NEC - SIP Trunk - Mobie/PSTN is OK

Anyone experienced this kind of problem?
