Can you configure multiple trunks to difference switches on the same HG3500 card Q2324-X500. We currently use the card to connect to a conferencing server but we would also like to use it to connect to a 3000 or a shoretel sbe we are putting in to a new location and are wondering if it was possible.

Absolutely. H323 or SIP Trunking via the HG3500 gateway is Point-to-MultiPoint, which means that you can send ALL intra-corporate calls to the HiPath 4000's own HG3500. Then the Large Enterprise GateKeeper (LEGK) is used to determine the IP address of the destination site's Gateway. This config process can be tricky if you have no previous experience.
