I setup SIP trunking between BCM50 r6.0 and Avaya IPO 8.1. When a desk call goes from the avaya IPO to the bcm it shows the users name and extension in the detail if needed.
But from bcm to avaya ipo, it shows up as "anonymous" then the users long name (which I changed to it so the users can see the person whose calling). I was wondering if there was a way to have the extension sent to with the full name of the user, it seems like that was missing as the "anonymous" is being sent.
