SIP trunking between mitel and CISCO call manager

Hi
actully,

I defined a sip trunk between cisco call manager and mitel 3300,but when a cisco user call to my ACD path and ACD play RAD the caller gers busy tone immediately, also he/she could not able to hear MOH from mitel.

I am looking for solution for play RAD and MOH to cisco user and I find what is my problem.I did the mentioned structure on the attached file but it dose not work.

I would first try a SIP trunk call between the systems without any ACD involved. Just try to call to an IP phone or an ONS phone off of the 3300 and see what happens.

In the end I would always advise to get a wireshark trace of the SIP signaling between the boxes to see who's actually dropping the call. You can usually tell the why as well...

thanks for your reply, every thing is OK I have this issue on sip trunk between cisco and mitel just when RAD playing.
anyway thanks for your advice.

not really my area so someone else maybe able to expand but RADs are TDM devices so if he is using g729 on the sip link would he not need compression licenses to play the RAD?
