Sorry to bother everyone again, but I am still stumped.
I've had my system looked at by a Nortel expert tech. and everything on the Telco end looks fine. He has no experience on the networking end.
My problem is that My BSR222 router seems to be blocking IP calls from getting to the IP phones and blocking outgoing calls from the IP phones, while the digital phones work with no problem.
From what I read from earlier posts by Telcodog, I need to set up my router to allow NAT translation to allow the IP phone to route directly over to the IP address of the SIP carrier. Telcodog mentioned that the BCM is out of the picture at that moment. Does anyone know the proper settings I need to be putting into the BSR222 programming to make this work?
Currently my IP address of my main phone is 192.168.1.151 and when an outgoing call is sent the IP address is spoofed by the BSR and changes to a Public IP address, so its a different address each time on an outgoing call.
Thanks again,
