Hi, I have a 3300 cx rls 9.0 UR2 with 12 SIP trunk. My question is : it's possible to restric only 8 outgoing call (like on PRI format, on the trunk group), but 12 incoming ?

You could do this by just putting 8 of the 12 trunks in the trunk group you are using for outgoing calls.

Not Really, SXWizard, I started to respond with much the same idea but having 8 lines to call out on is not the same as having 8 of 12. It also requires that the inbound calls be selecting channels in ascending sequential order.

I'm a newbie at this.
We just hooked up with a provider as a test tonight.
I cannot see anywhere that I can limit the amount of outgoing calls.
All I can see in programming is how many channels I have (in this case 2 bursting to 4).
So, I put in 4. The docs state that this is the number of incoming AND outgoing channels.
There doesn't seem to be a number of trunks in a trunk group to allow/deny.
I could be wrong but it occurs to me that it is up to the provider to allow/deny anything!?!

Sorry, I thought I was helping to answer the original question using the experience from my install last night..
I can't see a way to reduce the number of outgoing calls any better than he can.
