I have a lab 500 with license, and using 5410 sets in my setup, my provider is cebeyond, which has given me info of their name, ???????sipconnet.cbeyond.com and i have a telenu, mber as user id, and a password,
looking at the sip trunk form, i do not have an address to put in the itsp address field, only ?????sipconnect.
this sip trunk works fine on a cisco switch from ur data side, trying to get it to work with the ipo. using the lan 2 port on the 500,
Lan one is 192.168.42.1, lan 2 is 192.168.43.1
need to know if i need certain routes built to access the sip trunk also what should i turn on on the sip trunk page, and uri page do i use it at all. Trying out new tech.

in the sip trunk you enter the itsp name and ip address just below or enter the ip address into both.

the user@whatever.com is set in your outbound dial rules

user"@whatever.com" as in the docs above.

have a read of them and post any problems you have. it is quite easy but there are a few settings to consider.

Not all setting in that link are good but it could help you on the right way....
