Hey Guys,
I am working through a headache here with SIP Trunks. I currently have a SIP Trunk configured on IP Office 9.x with an ITSP Domain Name IP pointing to a Brekeke SIP server tha handles phone calls with a hospital nursecall system to Spectralink handsets. We are now virtualizing a fax server and their software requires having a SIP trunk also for the faxes to go through. When I try to point the fax software to the existing SIP trunk no calls go through. I can see some activity in the Avaya MONITOR application, but no errors that help troubleshooting. Would I need to have a separate SIP trunk just for the faxing? Would there be something with the way the Brekeke server is configured that wouldn't like the fax calls to go through?
Not sure where to start with this one? Any suggestions much appreciated.
