Sip Trunk Twinning - No talk path 1

IPO R11 - Have ext twinning - call rings out to twinned cell - cannot hear the calling party on the cell - calling party can hear me - so im not getting talk path in both directions... Carrier says its not there issue

Anyone heard of this before?
 
Try enabling Keepalive messages on the SIP line.
1. Open IP Office Manager application and pull the current configuration from the IP Office.
2. Click on the System tab.
3. Click on the Lan tab used for passing SIP calls.
4. Click on the Voip tab.
5. Change the Scope of the Keep alives to RTP.
6. Change the Initial Keepalives to enable. Try a 30 second setting.

Depending on the URI configuration the ICR can be completely ignored.

If your URI is configured to use internal data then the IP Office will look into the user's SIP tab and if you have *'s it will look into ICR.
