Hi there

Anyone with experience on this subject?

We have installed an Open Text RightFax version 10.6 using the Dialogic SR140 FoIP / SIP / T.38 adaptor.

We can dial out w/o issues, but incomming calls are giving busy. Any hints?

The MX-ONE parameters in the system is copied below:

Hi,
is this right, you have only one trunk in your SIP-route (TRU 3-10) ?
You have a multi-LIM System and your SIP is in LIM 3.
Do the FAX-Server send the INVITE to the "correct" LIM 3 ?

An ETH trace would show a little bit more, what`s going wrong.
(INVITE from FAX-Server and the answer message from MX-one (200 OK, 400 bad request, .... ???)
best regards,
Norbert

Hi Norbert

We have corrected some of the paramters, and now we can obtain a 5 second long fax tone and then hangup...

MDSH> rodap:rou=101;
ROUTE DATA
ROU TYPE VARC VARI VARO FILTER
101 TL66 H'000000F0 H'00000000 H'00000000 NO

END

MDSH> roddp:dest=1213;

DEST DRN ROU CHO CUST ADC TRC SRT NUMACK PRE
1213 101 0005000000000250000000000000 0 3

END

MDSH> sip_route -print -route 101 -short
Route data for SIP destination

route : 101
protocol = udp
profile = Default
uristring0 = sip:?@10.65.104.110 (RightFax server)
accept = REMOTE_IP
match = 10.65.104.110
register = NO_REG

MX-ONE is running version 5.0
