Dear All,
I am trying to initiate a SIP trunk between CM ver 8.0 & our local provider. Provider has put in their own router & told us to enter specific username & password inside my CM settings. We have given PSTN router connectivity with our network connection & core switch is configured to ping PSTN SIP server but I can't find where to put username & password in SIP trunk settings in CM. Eventually not being able to make / receive phone calls on this route.
Can someone assist in providing SIP trunk settings directly between CM & PSTN provider.
Cheers,
