SIP Trunk to Call Manager

Knows someone how to configure a SIP trunk on CS1000 4.5 to a call manager?
 
1- Must have SIP trunk licences
2- If Virtual DCH already exist (for H323) don't need to create another one LD 17
3- Create a route with SIP LD 16
4- Create members LD 14 affected to that SIP route
5- Create RLI to that route
6- Create routing to that RLI

That's finally exactly the same as any new digital trunk, except for SIP in RDB
