SIP Trunk to Call Manager 6.x

Hi Guys,

I am new to cisco call manager.
I have created a sip trunk on cisco call manger to a 3rd party sip server.
also register x-lite phone to cisco call manger 6.x.
But when i tried to route(by creating route group,route list and route pattern on callmanager) call to third party sip server call manager returnd 404 not found.

please let me know where i am wrong am i mission something to configure?

the call flow is like:

xlite(sip phone)---sip---CiscoCall Manger 6.x----sip---3rd party sip server.

i'll appreciate your help and time in this regards.

Callmanager is not as flexible when configuring sip trunks, i will suggest you to use a cube, and from the cube to ucm h323, for example is the sip server that you are trying to connect uses authentication? if so have you set up the proper settings in ucm?, what about the realm?, take a look at one of my docs in reference to sip trunking with cube and vitelity
