SIP Trunk thru Checkpoint FW Audio Issues (One-Way)

Hello All,

I have a client that has been on a NexVortex SIP Trunk for years.

The IT Admin Recently changed out their Firewall from a Fortinet to a checkpoint Model: 1530

Now we are having audio issues

Both inbound and Outbound Calls, only the Audio can be heard on the IPO Desk Phones. The remote phone is dead air.

Firewall Admin has confirmed:
- RTP Ports: 46750 to 50750 are wide open and allow for ANY/ALL IP's
- Port 5060 is locked down to the SIP Provider at: 104.219.163.0 /24 and 104.219.162.0 /24 and forwarded to the IPO
- SIP ALG, Transformations, SIP Helper etc. all disabled.

SIP Provider is showing random Ports, as if the FW is changing the default ports.

Thoughts?
