SIP trunk telecom ( Incomming Drop 30')

Dear all,


NS300/NS1000 - Mikrotik - Modem (sip trunk telecom)

connection done & all outgoing & incomming no issue

BUT

if i try with

TDE600 - Mikrotik - Modem (sip trunk telecom)
all configuration SIP trunk same like KX-NS series & for mikrotik

connection done & outgoing no issue but incomming always drop after 30'
what the problem with TDE series?

download a sip trace from the system or better yet do a wireshark trace of the call and see what is happening. no difference in systems as sip goes.

what version software is the tde using

is that 30 seconds or minutes
