Sip Trunk registration

Hi All
I have a issue where the SIP trunk lose registration with the provider every 60 min. I will be able to make calls out but will not be able to receive calls. The trunks in the 3300 and the MBG shows that the trunk is registered. However the the services provider see the trunk as down.

I have made every adjustment I can think of on the 3300 and the MBG and nothing have change. According to the provider they say if the don't received any response with in a period of time the trunk will go out of service.

We have a 3300 and MBG
 
software versions , trunk provider name ?

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

 
Sounds like you SIP Peer profile, Timers. Did you try to enable the Local as Refresher?
Or I have also had to adjust the SIP network element (not the MBg setup but the Other) and set the SIP peer status to Always active.
