Greetings.

How do you check if a sip trunk is registered on the CUCM 9 BE6000? The CUCM has no CUBE.

Hello.

Still begging for some response.

Thank you.

Hi world.
Could someone out there please respond. This is a cry for help.

Thank you a million for your response. Yes I am familiar with RTMT and have used it before to gather logs and traces.
I just want to know how to check if a Sip Trunk has registered with the ITSP or not. I fail to see how RTMT can do that. Enlighten me please.

You can use it to see where the sip call is failing.
in rtmt:
CallManager  Call Process  Session Trace Log View  Real Time Data

Choose calling or called, * as a wild card, you time and run.

You will get a full diagram of the call and where the failure is.

I am still a little green on the CUCM, however, I do not think you can register a SIP trunk directly to the CUCM, needs to be registered to the gateway.
