Hi all,

I have received the sip information from the SIP provider and I want it to register through the sbc.
How can I configure this.
I have the user name and password and IP's and DNS from the provider
THe SBC is 7.2.2

Thank you in advance

Normally you would let the IP Office register the trunk through the SBC, unless there is some design reason not to.

Hi All,

Yes janni78, that is what I want to let the sbc register to the provider and then let the pbx register the trunk to the sbc.
I did fill in the info but I am missing something.
I will check it and get some more info

The question is why you want to do this?

Trunks can't register on the SBC.
Either it passes through registration from PBX to provider, or you have a non registered trunk from PBX to SBC and the SBC adds registration towards the provider when needed.
