Hi all,

At client there is a strange issue where when they make around 25 to 30 calls on a sip trunk and another person dials out, they get call rejected.
The thing is that the license is for 60 sip trunk channels.
I have activated the trace so that when it happens I can see what is going on.
The sip trunk provider claims that when they look in their trace they see call reject coming from the pbx.

But my issue is if they didn't put enough channels, should the call reject appear because of channel issue.
Also it is a server edition with r11 on it.

Has any have had this issue before and also what should I also check in my settings and trace just in case?

thx in advance

Hi derfloh,

They say the sip is allowed more then 30 calls.
I just hope it isn't a bug in the avaya

Check the number of call settings of the SIP URI being used. Check the number of SIP trunk licenses reserved for the system in the Licenses | Remote Server settings.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Hi Guys,

I extracted the licenses file, and saw it was created for 30 licenses.
I asked the client where they got the info that they had 30 license and they said it was told them it was 60.
Well npw they will have to buy the extra license :)

Thanks for the help everyone
