SIP TRUNK ONE WAY CALLING PROBLEM

Hi All,

I have to site A & B. Site A is CS1KE RLS7.5 while Site B is CS1Ks Rls 4.5. We have just upgraded site A from Rls 5.5 to Rls 7.5 They were talking with SIP trunk each other. After I upgrade the system we couldnt able to make calls from site A to B. However site B can call site A successfully.

When I trace the dchannel in site A I m getting "incomplete number diag:183" error.

Also there is another 3rd party PABX connected to site A and that Pabx can call site B through site A.

Please help me....

Avaya Has send tome 2 (TWO) HP dl360 series server including Avaya Aura Session Manager 6.1 installation CDs.
Is is mandatory to install theese servers for me to enable SIP trunking between 1000s Rls 4.5 and 1000E rls 7.5

I couldnt able make calls from 7.5 to 4.5. and customer is complaining to replace with another brand of solution.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try turning off MSEC. I think that gets turned on by default when you upgrade to 7.X.
 
I have turned the MSEC off. nothing change. When I call the Rls 4.5 site I m getting '"incomplete number" error.
