SIP Trunk not connecting(S8300C-5.1.1)

We have a SIP trunk here in our lab that worked successfully on our IP Office but that is not the case with our CM system.
This is our first stab at this so maybe someone out there has an idea how to resolve this.

Our SIP provider sent me a trace of a completed IP Office call and I am including a trace of our failed CM call highlighting the line of code that I believe to be the problem.

If someone could lend some insight that would be great.
