SIP trunk - Link down

Hello. I'm getting trunk busy when i dial the SIP trunk.
When i check SIP link state all; i get this:

Link ExchTrVm state is IN SERVICE (link down count 1)
Link Exchange state is IN SERVICE (link down count 2)

I SIP busy Force and Sip rts them; thinking it will reset and restore the link; but no luck. Still the same TRUNK BUSY when i dial the SIP Exchange and SIP ExchTrVm.

Does anybody knows how i can reset the link please?

youll best luck is going to be using wireshark to see if you see communication between the mitel controller and the sip trunk provider (or sip trunk router) check and see if you have 2 way communication between the devices. one of the last messages you see between the 2 devices will probably show what the issue is (authentication failure...etc)
 
Thanks cknipe. I will download wireshark, can i install it on my desktop? or it need to be installed in the mitel server? the sip trunk is a connection/communication between mitel [3300] and Exchange server.
I have not reboot Mitel [3300], do you think rebooting can bring the link back up and running?

wireshark is software that runs on your computer. Once you have that running, you then have to find a way to "mirror" the traffic that your mitel system is recieving over to your network card that wireshark is sniffing. If you dont understand switch configuration, you best bet is just plugging the pbx and your laptop into a dumb hub and then connecting that hub back to the network. This will allow you to see that traffic.
