Hi Folks,
Got an issue with a system intermittently getting access denied when trying to dial out over SIP trunks. Ive taken wireshark captures and it shows that practically every call outbound seems to be missing the authentication details that are programmed in the SIP Peer Profile form, the provider then replies with a 401 Unauthorised error, to which the 3300 then retries this time including the authentication info.
Every now and then, instead of a 401, we get a 403 Forbidden and then we get the "Access Denied".
The SIP Peer profile form has all the relevant authentication details but seemingly only presents them when challenged.
Any ideas?
