Hi all,
We have outgoing sip trunk working fine.
Incoming not. If you call the sip number from the PRI, it's like ring trip. Instantly rejected.
If you call the sip number from the sip trunk, you wait 5-10 secs and get a recording saying the number is temp unavailable.
The ISP/provider is a Metaswitch, tried the Mitel doc on that. Setup is IP address not FQDN.
Anybody have ideas on what options to concentrate on for rejected incoming calls?
I'm doubting it's the routing but you never know! ;>)
