Hi @all,

I have a problem with a SIP trunk on IP500 9.0.4

The trunk doesn't need any registration because we got a private subnet connected to the provider's SIP infrastructure.

Inbound and outbound works well.

If I try to use call forwarding diversion header is only filled with the user's internal extension number and I get a 'not allowed' response. If we use mobile twinning diversion header is filled with the complete E164 DID of the twinned user and everything is fine.

Do you have any suggestions how to fill diversion header with the user's complete DID?

Thanks in advance, Florian

I wish I knew what the difference between diversion header and p asserted ID were.
However, in my experience, I've just set the caller ID to none, and turned off send caller id on twinned calls. I've programmed the users DID into their SIP tab, and sent their calls over a URI with "use internal data". Then whatever goes out whether it's forward or twinning, uses that caller ID...if I remember correctly.

Have you tried entering the full User URI under the IPO User forms. Also what Response method are you getting?. is it a 405?
