Good day all.
I have MIVB10 with a SIP Trunk that when calls are setup – incoming or outgoing, audio is fine for the first 2-4mins then the inside party stops hearing audio from the outside party however the outside party continues to get audio. The call does not disconnect until either party drops.
What is the likely cause of this?
Thank you.

Thanks for the response.
I have tried the session timer at 0s and also at 3600s and the issue continued.

Might need to run a packet capture and see what's going on. Some timer is kicking in.

Session Timer at 0s might disable the session timer. I would try 60s.
See session timer: local as refresher otherwise it may wait for the external side as the session refresher.
Make sure that NAT Keepalive is enabled if sip trunks over the internet
Finally if the sip trunks are over the internet make sure that the firewall has any ALG or SIP helper options disabled.

Hopefully one or all of these will help.

Thank you all.
