SIP Trunk Experiances - IPO

I did not see a master thread on this, and it seems there are alot of over the pond folks over here, can ya'll post your experiance with SIP trunking providers in the US that you have setup to work with IPO successfullt ?

In my research, the only ones I'm coming across would be the big players - and the costs of trunks, to a degree almost make it seem like a PRI may be more cost effective.

The smaller players I've come come across that offer SIP trunking, I don't know how universal-compatible they are with IPO, uptime, call quality, etc.

I've used Paetec SIP trunks in both 6.1 and 7.0. It works well. I had a couple times where I had to reboot the IPO when I'd get a "you are not subscribed to this service" recording when dialing out. That was on 6.12. I haven't had any issues since upgrading to 7.0.
